Message	He said he had a fully built B18B? engine with turbo. He was on street tires and pump gas, he was supposed to just be cruising that night. We launch, and he just spins his wheels in all of 1st, all of second, and part of third. By that time I was already gone. He was catching up at the end though, but it was too late (philly street races on darien st. are more like 1/8 mile) He said he ran mid 11's at the track with slicks and race gas. But on street tires and pump gas he couldn't run full boost, and even if he could it wouldn't matter because he couldn't any grip.
